Refund Policy
We respect your decision, hence we have a refund policy for you. If you are not happy with our services you can opt for a refund no question ask.
However, our refund policy varies on services, please refer below
HR Software and Payroll: We will refund your money within 30 days after lift your account. You will just drop an email that you are not able to continue the services due to complexity or any other reason. However, we will not refund the setup charge if you pay on one monthly subscription. Hence, we request you to drop a Demo request before you buy our service.
IT Consultancy and Project Management: This is consultancy services usually there should not be any refund yet we offer a refund within 48 hrs because once we will give you service it will hard for us to refund our work.
E-Commerce and Custom Development: The development task of any kind will be partially and milestone basis payment. We can refund only if you claim the amount before executing the work or we can refund on a pro-rata basis/
Cloud Hosting: We will refund the amount within 30 days. You just drop us an email.
